We drink beer in all its forms, from triple hopped IPA's to sour cherry lambics. We know flavour.
We know our food. And our aim for SHIKI was simple - beer for our food. We put it to a trusted brewer, and our best chefs and bartenders to make us one.
And they did. No empty promises.
We're not out to improve your sex life or change the world, but we do make a great beer. That we can promise.
